We build the platform for Governed AI Software Development, a discipline we are helping to define for a world where software is increasingly generated, not just written. As AI moved from autocomplete to architecture, it brought undeniable speed and a set of blind spots: fragmented tooling, untraceable decisions, and a quiet erosion of human accountability. We believe that delegating execution to AI should never mean delegating responsibility.
expandev turns software demands into a governed, traceable, AI-executable process. Humans declare the intent, own the business rules, and approve every decision. Our work is grounded in the emerging global consensus on AI governance, ISO/IEC 42001, the EU AI Act, and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and in a simple conviction: AI can generate code, but only governance can build software. We exist to preserve control, traceability, and human accountability in the age of generative AI.
